Communication presented at the International Conference on Tourism (ICOT) 2019
A communication entitled “Tourism and air quality in Portugal: cointegration and causality tests” was presented by Maria João Carneiro and Celeste Eusébio at the International Conference on Tourism (ICOT) 2019, held from 26 to 29 June in Braga, Portugal. The work presented was carried out by several researchers from two departments of the University of Aveiro – Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism and Department of Environment and Planning -, namely Maria João Carneiro, Mara Madaleno, Margarita Robaina, Celeste Eusébio, Vitor Rodrigues, Carla Gama, Vânia Seixas and Alexandra Monteiro. All the work was developed in the scope of the project “The impact of AiR quality on the competitiveness of ToURism destinations”, funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology and co-funded by the FEDER, within the PT2020 Partnership Agreement and Compete 2020.
